Return & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to returns and exchanges for our fisherman caps, sun hats, and baseball caps. For inquiries, use the contact details below.

1. Eligibility Requirements

Quality Issues: Defects (e.g., broken cap straps, faded fabric, loose stitching) require clear photos/videos for verification.
Wrong/Missing Items: Provide order screenshots and product comparison photos to confirm errors (e.g., wrong sun hat size).

Request: Email spurs_past_8x@icloud.com with your order number, item type, reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof.
Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days. Approved requests will receive a return address (our Columbus hub: 2011 Lewis Dr, Columbus Indiana 47201, or a nearby warehouse) and a unique return ID (must be marked on the package).
Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Use protective packaging (e.g., rigid boxes for sun hats) to avoid damage during transit.
Finalization: We inspect returned items within 3-5 days. Eligible exchanges ship within 48 hours; refunds process in 3-5 business days.

Quality/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $20 via logistics receipt). For minor defects (e.g., missing cap buttons), we send replacements for free without requiring a return.
Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping. A 5% restocking fee (based on the item’s original price) applies to returns (covers packaging and processing costs).
Ineligible Items: Used, damaged, or unboxed caps will be refused; you’re responsible for return shipping fees.
