We ship to 90+ countries/regions globally, including the U.S. mainland, major European nations (UK, Germany, France), Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia), and key Southeast Asian areas. Remote locations (e.g., remote islands, conflict zones) are excluded—you’ll receive a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders ship from our Columbus, Indiana facility (2011 Lewis Dr, Columbus Indiana 47201) or partner overseas warehouses.
- Timeline: 3-5 business days for U.S./European core regions; 7-10 business days for remote areas. Customs clearance may add 1-2 days—track progress via your order link.
- Special Packaging: Sun hats use rigid inserts to protect brims; fisherman/baseball caps are packed in shape-retaining boxes to prevent creases.
